Project description

Removal and replacement of concrete slabs, surface concrete delamination repairs, wall concrete delamination repairs, clean drains inside vault, install no. 2 ground wire on hydro vault door, door frame and ladder, remove debris from air vent grates, vault door and around cables/equipment inside vault, install fire/heat detection device, clean rust on transformer legs, caulking around replaced concrete slabs, access hatch to be repaired or replaced, and sump pump pit and electrical panel box to be cleaned, steel beams and frames supporting equipment found inside the vault to be cleaned of rust and repainted with zinc rich paint.
